RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR CONSULTANT WITH PRESTIGIOUS HR AWARD

The search for a new or first job always involves a pattern that is repeated over and over again. I go to the classifieds site and respond to the job offers that interest me. Each of us once went through this, do you remember what emotions were gripping you then? Were you overwhelmed by a feeling of stress? Me always! Always when, taking part in the recruitment process, I was left alone, worse with my own, often irrational, thoughts 😉 that is, in fact, with uncertainty, which was compounded by time. Time from when I applied, until someone called. The appointment was set! Too bad it's a week away. After the meeting - we will call you back, we have a few more candidates. Two weeks pass - "will they call or not call?", "maybe I could have said something differently?". I will honestly tell you that out of all my career path I remember the moments of recruitment the worst.

Having had my own baggage of not-so-positive experiences, I once asked myself, is it possible to do things differently? Is it possible to treat a candidate as an equal in the recruitment process? With respect?

Yes, taking part in the recruitment process for Consultant-Salesman, you do not need to write a resume. And without that, a maximum of 3 days is enough on our side to give you feedback whether we will meet in the next stage. By taking part in an interactive game prepared by members of our teams, you not only have a real chance to "step into the shoes" of a Consultant-Salesman at Hebe. You can also check to what extent your level of competence corresponds to this role. What's more, in a few seconds after completing the game, you can get feedback on which competencies are your strongest points, and which you should still develop. Thanks to this mini-test, we too, can quickly decide whether it's the right time for us to meet. Yes, 3 working days and we have a clear situation.

We are immensely grateful to all those who are willing to take the time to review our job offer and participate in the interactive game. No stupid questions

"Imagine that a lion in a sombrero comes into this room and says what?" - no no no 🙂 with us you won't hear this type of question during a job interview. It's cool, of course, if you know something about Hebe, while it's not a must have. A job interview for our store is a meeting of two adults who together have to decide to start a common path - the professional one, of course ;). Each of our leaders is happy to tell you what the work is like, show you our store. During each meeting the main time is reserved for you - for your questions. What of what you already know after participating still bothers you? Maybe something has aroused your curiosity? This is the moment when you can ask literally anything that will reassure you that Hebe is the 5/5 place for you.
