Moms returning to work after extended absences - how we support moms at Hebe

Returning to work after a long break due to child care can stir up a lot of emotions. This is only natural - for a year or even a few years, many things in the company may have changed. That's why in our organization we try to make sure that returning mothers do not have to jump right into the whirlpool of responsibilities from day one.

Instead, we have prepared a special onboarding process for those returning from maternity, parental or parental leave. Its purpose is to calmly introduce you back into company life and show that we are with you at this important moment.

First day back

On the first day you are invited to meet with the HR team. This is the moment when you can calmly return to the company's reality and find out what has changed during your absence.

During the meeting, we give a short presentation about the company - we remind you of the most important information about our organization, formal issues, tell you about the values that guide us at work, as well as new solutions and programs for employees that have recently appeared.

This is also a good opportunity to ask questions and address any concerns about returning to work.

Peaceful deployment back to work

The most important thing for us is to make your return to work as comfortable as possible, which is why we treat onboarding as the first step in finding your way back into the company - a moment to get to know the changes, sort out the paperwork and calmly prepare to return to your daily duties.

Why is this important to us?

We believe that a good workplace is one that supports employees at different stages of life. Returning after parental or parental leave is one of those times when support and understanding are especially important. That's why we strive to create a space where every mom returning to work can feel confident, comfortable and just plain good - knowing that she has a team next to her that is eager to help her find her way back into the company's everyday life.
