Our office

Hebe's main office is 3500 sqm of modern, cozy space, where we have a whole lot of plants! Almost 300 people work in the office, and we make daily use of almost 20 conference rooms, a quiet zone, two spacious kitchens, as well as several coffee points and a relaxation area. There is a board game lending library for board game lovers, and a library for those who prefer to read.

OUR SHOPS

We want to inspire a strong sense of being in beautiful places in the customers of our showrooms. The materials and equipment used emphasize the image of the product categories. We have achieved this by combining traditional communication with new technological solutions, including displaying new products and special offers on screens, and implementing self-service checkout counters.

Introducing the possibility of ordering products online from our Consultants has expanded its product range threefold available at any store.

OUR SUPPLY CENTER

Located near the city of Pruszków in Warsaw, the modern Distribution Center is more than 18,900 sqm of warehouse space (that's almost the size of nearly 3 football fields) serving more than 350 Hebe stores in Poland and Europe on a daily basis.

Thanks to modern technological solutions, our logistics center makes it possible to reduce the heaviness of work
and increased safety. Work planning ensures adequate rest and recuperation for our teams.

2011

OPENING OF FIRST STORE

The first Hebe store has opened in Jerozolimskie Avenue
in Warsaw on May 24, 2011. Building and launching a new retail network was no easy task. It required key organizational skills, agility and creativity.

From the outset, the task force, made up of industry professionals, led the project with a clear goal - to write a new history of retailing in the world of health
and beautiful.

2012

LOYALTY PROGRAM LAUNCH

After opening our first Hebe store, we launched a loyalty program called "Hebe Card," offering incentives and a personalized shopping experience to our loyal customers. Within a year, the program had already attracted one million members.

"The Hebe card was also one of the few loyalty programs in Poland that offered personalized and targeted communication activities and product recommendations tailored to the diverse expectations of our customers."

2015

NEW CONCEPT: HEBE 3.0

A unique concept, a new vision of health and beauty focused on new trends and exclusive brands for maximum customer satisfaction.

The Hebe 3.0 concept was developed to strengthen our unique position in the market. It offers customers a different approach to health and beauty by implementing a new assortment and store layout, as well as numerous innovations to improve the customer's shopping experience.

2016

INTRODUCTION OF KAIZEN PRINCIPLES

Through Kaizen, we have found new and original ways to improve our company's operations with the involvement of all Hebe teams.

We continue to use Kaizen to manage the company to increase the efficiency of our stores and focus on customer satisfaction. The Kaizen philosophy has been applied to the logistics organization and various departments at Hebe headquarters.

2017

HEBE BRAND DEVELOPMENT

Hebe brands are an important part of our offer, meeting the highest quality standards, strengthening Hebe stores as a place to buy cosmetic products, in the long run building customer awareness and loyalty.

Hebe Brands has over the years contributed to strengthening Hebe's position as a strong player in the cosmetics industry with a very successful product line. This has earned us trust and credibility, which has translated into publicity among influencers and satisfied customers.

2017

FLAGSHIP STORE IN WROCLAW

A spacious store, modern technology, an impressive selection of brands, as well as numerous makeup and product testing stations. This is the new retail concept developed by Hebe.

The flagship store in Wroclavia is still among the best in our network. It was recognized by customers and industry experts at the FMCG Market Congress, where it received the "Drugstore of the Year 2019" award in the Large Format Drugstore category.

2019

NEW COMMUNICATION PLATFORM

In June 2019, we launched a new communication platform, "Mother and Daughter," whose ambition is not only to strengthen the emotional connection with Hebe by increasing understanding and consideration of the brand in the context of shopping, but also to increase its visibility among potential new customers.

The communication has been adapted to work in digital formats, combining more real-life situations, emotion and humor, and showing Hebe as an ally and advisor to every woman on her journey to the world of beauty.

2019

E-COMMERCE START

The launch of our e-commerce site also marks the beginning of a multi-channel transformation. This is a necessary change in the face of new consumer expectations, but also a great opportunity for Hebe.

Hebe online has been recognized by customers and industry experts, winning several prestigious competitions in Poland. In this way, we raise the level of satisfaction and commitment of our customers.

2019

MULTICHANNEL TRANSFORMATION

An excellent shopping experience for customers is a priority for Hebe. The Hebe store network is now fully integrated with our digital vision. As a result, we have enhanced the customer's shopping experience, expanded delivery options, and opened the door to Hebe's digital world with our own apps.

Nowadays, you can find screens using digital media in our store windows, and inside, modern self-service cash registers that handle most of our transactions.

2020

NEW OFFICE IN WARSAW

Modern, comfortable and elegant designed in accordance with the highest technical and environmental standards - this is the new space for our organization and for Hebe teams.

The new office perfectly reflects what defines our organization - modernity, beauty and elegance. With comfort in mind, we opted for bright and natural colors, lots of plants and ergonomic furniture.

2022

LAUNCHING HEBE.COM

Thanks to the commitment of all Hebe teams, today not only pols can enjoy the rich offer of our online store. We have adapted the system's infrastucture, prices, descriptions or delivery and return methods to the individual needs of each Western and Central European market.

Today Hebe is an international company continuing its mission no longer only within the borders of Poland.

2023

FIRST STORES IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

In December 2023, we opened our first stationary stores outside of Poland. The unique concept of our stores was adapted to local requirements and enthusiastically welcomed by customers shopping in the shopping centers of Prague, the Czech Republic.
