DISTRIBUTION CENTER
Located near the city of Pruszków in Warsaw, the modern Distribution Center is more than 18,900 sqm of warehouse space (that's almost the size of nearly 3 football fields) serving more than 350 drugstores in Poland and Europe on a daily basis.
Thanks to modern technological solutions, our logistics center allows us to reduce the severity of work and increase safety. Work planning ensures adequate rest and recuperation for our teams.

MAGAZINEER
Depending on the section, he is responsible for receiving, picking deliveries to stores or arranging assortments on shelves. This is an ideal job for those looking for a safe job, in an atmosphere of mutual respect, and one that enjoys being physically active.
ADMINISTRATOR
It supports the work of warehousemen by preparing full documentation for the shipment of goods from the Distribution Center. Depending on the warehouse section, it can also support other logistics processes. This is a dream job for detailed people who are curious about warehouse processes and enjoy working with computers.
SPECIALIST
Collaborates with coordinators by supporting logistics and inventory processes at the Distribution Center. Replaces the coordinator in his/her absence. Individuals who enjoy a dynamic work environment and are not afraid of challenges will do well in this role.
COORDINATOR
Coordinates the timely and quality preparation of goods for shipment by receiving goods from suppliers and stores, controlling and analyzing warehouse processes including: picking, loading and shipping of goods. This is a great role for organized, analytical individuals who enjoy interacting with people and technology.
WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Manages the warehouse to ensure continuity of deliveries to stores and compliance of process flow with internal standards and legal regulations. Participates in activities that optimize intra-warehouse processes to increase the efficiency of the Distribution Center. This is a treat for true automation enthusiasts!
FRONT OFFICE POSITIONS
They support the work of the Distribution Center, as well as stores in Poland and Europe. A diverse team and a flat structure allow a lot of freedom of action and implementation of their own ideas for business development. This is an ideal job for people who are ambitious, flexible and responsible at the same time.

TRAINING OFFER

You can develop your skills in the use of MS office suite, VBA programming or acquire competencies related to automation and robotization of logistics processes.

HEBE LOG
We were the first in the market to launch a development program for employees in warehouse positions. More than 50 employees have already enrolled in the Hebe Log program. The goal of the program is to identify employees with potential for development for office positions in the Distribution Center or the General Office. Participants learn about the work of administrators and specialists in the various sections and undergo an induction at the Drugstore. The next step is MS Excel training, and a Polish language course for foreign-speaking employees. The culmination of the training is training at the Main Office in the Supply Chain Department.
LOGISTICS ACADEMY
This year will mark the first launch of a development program for specialist positions and Distribution Center and Supply Chain Coordinators organized under the auspices of the School of Logistics. Participants in the program will have the opportunity to broaden their logistics perspective, exchange good practices and gain experience in process automation and ecommerc logistics.
