ASSISTANT / SPECIALIST
They support the work of all departments in our Central Office. This is an ideal job for people who are just beginning their career path or who have already had their first experience and want to grow.
COORDINATOR
He is responsible for processes and projects in his business area. Some coordinators also manage a small team. This is a job for people with at least a few years of professional experience with established knowledge in a particular area and a solution-oriented mindset.
MANAGER
He manages a team of several or more people performing tasks in a selected business area. This is a job for people with strong business knowledge, ambitious, goal-oriented, not afraid of challenges. They derive joy from managing multiple, often complex business processes.
DIRECTOR
Directors are individuals with vast subject matter expertise managing often very large teams consisting of many levels and structures. This is a job for people who have strategic skills and vast experience in their field.

Working in the Central Office, every year you have the opportunity to take advantage of a wide range of training initiatives, i.e. subsidized language learning, training to develop the competencies of HQ employees, international training or training conducted in cooperation with UOWU and Kozminski University. For specialized areas of business, we also organize functional training with experts in the field.
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
HEBE WAY
This is a development program for Assistants and Specialists who want to expand their business knowledge, functional skills and also soft skills. It is geared towards going beyond the area in which one works on a daily basis and interdepartmental cooperation.
