HEBE GO DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM!

The Hebe GO! development program was created for people who consistently perform very well at work and want to develop their competencies in a structured and strategic way. It is a year-long program that supports employee development, leadership, communication and business skills.

WHAT IS THE HEBE GO PROGRAM!

Hebe GO! is a one-year development program dedicated to individuals who excel in performance and commitment. Participants gain the space to:

- individual development,

- knowledge sharing,

- broadening perspectives on the functioning of the organization.

We will soon complete the first edition of the Hebe GO! program, and the observed results confirm its value and effectiveness.

Stage 1: Development begins with self-awareness

At the beginning of the program, each participant worked with a professional coach and their manager to:

- Identify your strengths,

- Identify areas for further development,

- Create and implement an individual development plan.

The entire process was supported by the HR team.

Stage 2: Development workshops tailored to real needs

Based on the common needs of the participants, a series of workshops was created, covering key soft skills in the work environment:

- public speaking,

- business communication,

- personal branding,

- Increasing visibility within the organization.

At the request of the participants, we also implemented an additional workshop on personal branding in social media. Thanks to this, participants learned how to consciously create their image online as well.

Stage 3: From ideas to improvements in the organization

In the next part of the program, participants worked on solutions that could realistically improve the company's operations. During a special meeting with their superiors and management team, they presented their proposals on:

- Improving cooperation between departments,

- Identifying areas of joint action,

- to present the value chain of individual teams and their impact on the entire organization.

This event has become an important highlight - combining competence development with real impact on the organization.

What's next. The next stages of development

There is one more workshop ahead of the participants - stakeholder management and influence training. This topic will help build relationships and navigate the complex project environment even more effectively.

Hebe GO! - Investment in employee development

The Hebe GO! program is not only a space for acquiring knowledge, but also an opportunity to exchange experiences and jointly shape the organizational culture. We believe that supporting employee development translates directly into the development of the entire company.
