Two-day product training for our employees is starting!

We have just launched another edition of online trainings, which are a total must-have for our male and female store employees. What's so special about these workshops? Each team in Poland has selected 1 person, or nearly 400 participants, who will meet with our suppliers for two days to explore the freshest cosmetic news! 🌟

Themes? Broad ones! News on the market, upcoming trends in the beauty industry and the secrets of the ingredients that rule skin care - this is just part of what they will talk about. But that's not all! Before the start of the training, each participant received a package full of products from our suppliers to test them before the meeting. What's next. The knowledge gained and products tested will be used by participants to share insights with the rest of their team.

Why do we do this? Because investing in the development of our teams is a priority for us. Thanks to such meetings, which are held twice a year, hestest team is always up to date with trends and news, which translates into customers getting super expert advice in every store. 💡
