New onboarding at the Central Office - welcome aboard!

At Hebe, we believe that first impressions matter a lot - that's why we've decided to refresh our onboarding process at the Central Office. We want every new employee to feel taken care of from the very beginning and know what awaits them.

For us, beauty is people - and it is with them in mind that we have created a new, more structured and friendly implementation process.

What has changed?

Above all, we focused on transparency and communication. As recruiters, we are in contact with the new Employee (even if 3 months pass between the offer and his arrival)! A few days before the start of work, the new employee receives an email from us with a plan for the first day and a list of necessary things to take. This allows him to calmly prepare for the start, and stress - stays at home. Upon arriving at the office, the employee will also receive a schedule of meetings for the next few days, which will allow him to integrate more quickly with his colleagues.

The first days - step by step

On the very first day, a new team member meets with the HR department, who will introduce the work at Hebe, receive health and safety training and RODO training. It's a solid dose of knowledge, but given in an accessible way. We also make sure that the new Person gets the equipment ready to work!

On the second day, our indispensable HR girls introduce the employee to the world of our systems and programs - they show where to find what, how to log in and who to turn to if you have questions. As a result, everything becomes clear and operating the systems ceases to be black magic.

The next step is to meet with your supervisor and team - a time to get to know the people you will be working with and begin your adventure together at Hebe.

New: implementation in stores

We want our employees to better understand how the company as a whole works. That is why we have introduced two-day implementation in stores, where you can experience firsthand the reality of our colleagues' work. This is not only a great opportunity to learn, but also to gather inspiration that can result in improvements and new ideas.

Most importantly, it gives our employees a chance to see how this work affects the entire businesswhat decisions made in the office translate into daily life in the stores, and how important synergy is between all departments. This perspective allows you to take a broader, more informed and responsible view.

And after a month... we play!

After about a month, we invite new employees to onboarding game - A board game enriched with questions and trivia about Hebe. This is a great opportunity to consolidate knowledge, integrate with others and just have fun.

What matters to us is the person

The new onboarding is more than a list of tasks to tick off. It's our way of saying: "We're glad you're with us!". We want every new Employee to feel from day one that they are an important part of the team, not just another name on a list.
