The academy includes a series of meetings and logistics training, which bring participants closer to complex processes: from transportation to warehouse operations to demand and inventory management.

What is the Logistics Academy program like?

👉 We kicked off the start of the Academy with a unique meeting with Hebe's Director of Logistics and Supply Chain. He shared a broad perspective on the functioning of this strategic area.

👉 Participants spoke with transportation experts, e-commerce logistics and warehousing, and learned about the behind-the-scenes development of our new Distribution Center.

👉 At the Academy, we use modern forms of learning, including. Lego training games, which promote creativity and team integration.

The program lasts several months and includes training such as:

• Excel in logistics,
• Lean Management,
• Demand and inventory management,
• basics of supply chain management.

Effects and benefits of participation in the Academy

The second edition of the Hebe Logistics Academy brought together 10 participants to actively develop their competencies and share their knowledge in their daily work.

The academy is not only a way to gain knowledge, but above all:

At the end of the program, participants will present in front of the HR Director and their Managers the knowledge they have gained and the inspiration they have gained from this unique development journey.
