#CZASNAROZWOR - we are starting the spring edition of product training!

Just today we launched the 15th edition of online product training #hebest Beauty Days! This is the largest training project, which is a key component of the development of sales skills of Consultants-Salespeople in Hebe stores. This time the virtual training rooms were filled with almost 400 people - one participant was selected from each store to act as a Knowledge Ambassador. For two intensive days they will work with our suppliers, learning about the latest discoveries, technologies, trends and products in the beauty world.

What awaits the participants?
On the program? Proven brands available only at Hebe, viral hits from Poland and Korea, fresh makeup trends and fragrance news - everything that's ruling the beauty world right now!
In order to maximize the involvement of participants and speakers at online trainings, each participant received a packet of products before the start of the project - to test them beforehand and better absorb knowledge during the meetings.

Why do we do it?
Because we believe that an effective team is one that has access to knowledge and inspiration. Thanks to the regular product training we hold twice a year, our Consultants are always up to date with what's happening in the beauty world. This, in turn, translates into even higher quality consultations for customers in our stores.

At Hebe, we focus on development - both individual and team development. For us, product training is not only an opportunity to learn, but also a way to exchange experience, integrate and jointly build expert know-how.
