MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

You have graduate status (up to 2 years after graduation) or a final year student in fields such as management, logistics, supply chain, finance and accounting, economics, e-commerce, marketing and related fields, then the Management Trainee Program is for you.

You speak the language fluently English, at a level of at least B2.

You demonstrate a willingness to start working full-time as of June 2024 year at the Hebe office in Warsaw.

Your advantage is (but doesn't have to be) having first work experience gained during or after college, including jobs, internships or activities in student organizations.

WHAT WILL THE PROGRAM LOOK LIKE?
IMPLEMENTATION
Great to have you with us! During the two-week deployment, you will learn about the specifics of Jeronimo Martins' companies in Poland - Biedronka and Hebe. You will visit stores, distribution centers and meet with people responsible for the development of Hebe and Biedronka.
FIRST YEAR
In your first year you will have the opportunity to learn about two of the three departments digital in our organization - in each you will spend several months. At each stage, you will face a lot of knowledge and new experiences that will be crucial for your professional and personal development.
STOP CAGE
After your first year at Hebe, you will have the opportunity to show the results of your work at a meeting with JM Group executives. This is where we'll decide together which path is right for you - leadership, eskperk, or maybe you'll decide it's time to explore the world beyond Hebe. That's ok too!
SECOND YEAR
We will start the second year with a few weeks in one of our drugstores, the next 5 months will be to learn about the company's third digital area. That is, even more knowledge and experience!
And then work in a jointly selected target department!

Meet the people who create the company's strategy and really want to get to know you! See retail through the eyes of people who have been gaining experience here and changing the industry for many years. We're keeping our fingers crossed 👍 !

The training program dedicated to you will include both training on the merits of the digital area - depending on what you already know and know, but also build your self-awareness and soft skills.
